Integrated stepper motor integrates stepper motor, driver, encoder(optional) in one, has the advantages of high ease of use, fewer connections, neat appearance, less space occupation, good EMC performance, easy to implement scalable modular design, etc. It not only saves the wiring between driver and motor, effectively reduces the interference caused by the motor cable, but also reduces the problem of electromagnetic interference between the wires. Integrated stepper motor has 2 types: open loop without encoder and closed loop with encoder. CZPT er could select suitable type based on specific requirement. Integrated stepper motor with encoder can realize precise control of rotation, reduce step loss, and achieve the control precision of servo motor. Besides pulse control, integrated stepper motor also supports CANOPEN bus communication control. Integrated stepper motor is suitable for CZPT point-to-point control automation equipment and instruments with large torque requirements, such as wire stripper, marking machine, cutting machine, laser imagesetter, plotter, CNC machine tool, logistics storage equipment, new energy lithium battery equipment, automatic assembly equipment, etc.
